Toss your Pizza in The Air! A Day Long Pizza Cookery Lesson for 4 People

For 4 people. This is a full day in your own home and I'll fill it up with insightful lessons, cumulative practical sessions, and delicious food. You'll be sure to leave with a fantastic multi-course menu you can adapt, adjust, and share.
 
We will make pizza, garlic pizza breads and a nutella pizza with marshmallows.
I can show you how to make the dough, the process and ingredients involved.
I will bring pre made dough with me as the dough takes a few hours to rise.
I can also show you how to ball the pizza dough.
There is a process to make the pizzas and once you've nailed this down it's very easy to make delicious pizzas moving forward.
 
I have a transportable pizza oven so I will bring this to your location. I can teach you how to use your Gozney or OONI Pizza oven Correctly.
